Welcome to BAMSECO OY / BUDDY-FOX SIMULATIONS – By using any part of this Website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions before you place your order.
Please note that these conditions only apply for purchases made on www.buddy-fox.com. If you have bought your Buddy-Fox products at a dealer, please contact your dealer for further information about terms and conditions.
If you are a Buddy-Fox dealer, we refer to our B2B Terms & Conditions.
Purchasing Goods
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website you must register your personal information with name, address and payment details. Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation of your order. The invoice will be sent together with the order. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation of this.
Freight and Delivery
BUDDY-FOX will deliver the goods in accordance to the delivery address entered by you during check-out. Freight costs are fixed depending on your delivery country / zone and can be subject to change.

The shipping prices are exclusive of taxes.
BAMSECO OY / BUDDY-FOX SIMULATIONS is not responsible for any taxes, tolls or additional costs affecting your order after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
You as a client are solely responsible to determine if the product you order is legal and allowed in your country and BAMSECO OY / BUDDY-FOX can not be held responsible for any loss of goods or added costs or added taxes that may consider your order.
Payment
BUDDY-FOX online shop accepts payments via PayPal only. Payment will be made via an approved and secure payment site. All prices indicated for products available via this Website are exclusive of tax.
Security
You can safely shop on our website. All communication between our payment system and you as the card holder is made via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL connection).
Returns
We operate with a 14 days return policy from the day of the receipt of goods for purchases made on www.buddy-fox.com. Please first contact our support se we can open a return ticket for you. You will have to pay the return shipping cost.
Before returning any item to us, we do ask you that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely, not damaged in transit or show any sign of usage. Should this be the case, you will be liable for the deterioration in the product value.
Claims
We act after the Sale of Goods Act and the guidelines set out by the Consumer Agency. you have a 6 months warrant on faulty goods from the day you receive your item. You must make a claim within a reasonable time after receiving your items in order to obtain full credit or the options of either a repair or a price deduction. This warranty is voided if the claim is caused by you as a result of misuse, repair or normal tear and wear. Should you wish to make a claim over a faulty item then please contact our support. A complaint about a product purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority Center for Complaint Resolution, KKV, PL 5, 00531 Helsinki.
